There is a lot to learn about CBD still. However, preliminary clinical trials, as well as anecdotal evidence, show that CBD might be helpful for a number of reasons. Generally speaking there is absolutely no legal prohibition on consuming CBD if you play sport. That said, there are still those who frown upon its use. This may be connected to issues such as the presence of THC in some CBD products. For this reason, it’s best for professional athletes to stick with CBD isolate products.
