Are two of your favourite things food and CBD oil? Well, maybe it’s time they finally meet. Here are some quick and easy recipes to get you started.
Doctors recommend eating fruit in the morning over drinking a cup of coffee (for the obvious health benefits) and because we really want you to rise well and shine throughout your day we have prepared a super quick smoothie recipe for you to enjoy. It won’t take a lot of time, it is breakfast after all and we all need to get going quickly.
2 tablespoons frozen red fruit mix
1 teaspoon almond butter
½ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon oat flakes
Add your morning dose of CBD oil and put it all in the blender. It may seem light but it will give you the perfect amount of energy to start your day and to nurture your body and mind.

1 medium cucumber
1 tablespoon of sour cream
A few drops of CBD oil
One handful of rucola or rocket leaves
Salt, sesame oil
Slice the cucumber thinly and sprinkle with salt. Let it rest for a while and then strain off the excess water. Add a drizzle of sesame oil, a dollop of sour cream and a few drops of CBD oil. When it’s all mixed together pour over the rucola/rocket and top it with a handful of toasted croutons.

300g cookie mix
2 bananas (small)
85g CBD butter
100g powdered sugar
Red food coloring, chocolate chips, cupcake liners
Start with slicing the bananas and juicing the oranges. Use a large bowl for mixing everything together. First mix in the sugar and butter together using a mixer, add the cookie mix and food coloring. Add the bananas and orange juice and mix them in using a spoon. Use an ice cream spoon to make as many small balls as you can and put them in the cupcake liners. When you’re finished add some chocolate chips on the top to get that ladybug look and bake on a low heat for 30 minutes or until firm but springy. These are absolute party favorites that fun and delicious.
Your favorite bread for making bruschetta
3 tomatoes (medium)
Knob of CBD butter
Start with slicing the bread and gently toasting it. Spread the CBD butter over bread. Now prepare the topping. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and strain the juice off. Cut the prosciutto into cubes too and chop some basil. Mix it all together. Now warm your bread in the oven for 5-10 minutes on low heat. When warmed, top the bread with the tomato mix and grate some parmesan on the top. Decorate with basil leafs.
This is a great and easy to make snack for the family.
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon dry culinary lavender
1 tablespoon honey
Few drops CBD oil
Boil the almond milk and put dry lavender in. Let the lavender steep in the milk for 3 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Enjoy this on a rainy day or when you have trouble sleeping.
