Cannabigerol (CBG) is one of the minor Cannabinoids present in the Cannabis sativa plant. It is being extracted from Cannabigerolic acid, a substance which is plentiful at the earlier stage of the growth of the plant. Later most of the Cannabigerol is being transformed into other, more common Cannabinoids, like CBD. Only a really small percentage of CBG remains, about 1%.
